New teleportation bug: SandSkipping

A teleportation exploit that involves sand, soul sand, water, pistons and cobwebs (I found out about the bubble column glitch while testing this one).

Additionally, you are able to teleport through walls with this exploit. (see additional screenshots)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create the setup shown in the "setup" image, make sure that the repeater is pointing towards the piston behind the cobweb, and has a minimum delay of 2 ticks.
2. Place down a certain amount of sand blocks, equal to (blocks you want to teleport) + 1 blocks.
3. Break the bottom sand block and let all of the sand blocks enter the cobweb.
4. Stand on the platform to the left and pull the lever.

Expected result:

The sand ends up on top of you and you suffocate/get moved to the side after a second.

 

Observed result:

You get pushed to the specified location by the sand.
