I have completed some achievements, but they weren’t unlocked automatically

I’ve clearly met the requirements for certain Microsoft achievements, but those achievements aren’t unlocking automatically. I’ve waited for several hours, and even after re-downloading the game, there’s been no progress. What should I do? Please help!
