Left half of the screen is unresponsive when the joystick is hidden and is being used

Left half of the screen is unresponsive when the joystick is hidden and is being used, this causes problems for people with large screens because they won't be able to place blocks or hit mobs in that direction.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch Joystick Visibility Option to Hidden Joystick or Hidden Joystick When Unused
2. Create/open a world
3. Start moving around with the joystick
4. While moving around, attempt to interact with anything on the left side of the screen

Observed result:
You are unable to do anything on the left side of the screen.

Expected result:
You are able to interact with the world while moving on the left side of the screen.
