Heavy core does not have a quick move animation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open an inventory.
2. Quick move some heavy cores.
3. Take a note of whether the quick move animation plays or not.

Observed Results:
The quick move animation does not play.

Expected Results:
The quick move animation plays.
