Marketplace isn't loading downloads

Marketplace is trying to update some of my world templates to the newest update. the problem is that it isn't updating them! this means I can't create any new worlds that aren't locked to a certain version. (for example, a skyblock template that is locked in 1.18 so it's mechanics aren't changed, but lets players from future updates still play on it.) Another problem with it is that because it's trying to load other templates, it can't prosses new ones, so I can't even add new marketplace things!
