Painting Make weird noise when attempting to place on a block where there already is one

How to recreate: 

Place 2 blocks going upwards

Place to more 1 block to right and 1 block closer to the player.

Place a painting on the first blocks

Hold right click on the other block

If you did not get my explanation, look at the screenshot.

When i hold right-click on the location where my crosshair is, it starts spamming the painting place sound

(also works in survival and creative)
