Says "looks like this account is already connected" On my Playstation 5 and Unlinking Microsoft Account does not work

I've never had another account on Playstation and for some reason its saying my account is logged in somewhere. Minecraft website is useless in logging accounts and the microsoft website is no better. Their customer service told me to come here.
