I couldn't find anything on why my skins aren't loading

The Minecraft(Bedrock) skin loading problem :  My skins aren't loading in Minecraft so I have to customise them and loss my older skins and I want the accessibility to have multiple options. I seems that it may happen because I'm sighed in on my Xbox series X, Nintendo switch, iPhone, and iPad Air m2. But I just want to know how I can fix this issue.
