Rails duplicate when they are pulled down, causing a melon/pumpkin to break

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build the setup shown in the attached picture. Jack o'Lanterns or Melons can be substituted for the pumpkin.
2. Power the sticky piston.
3. Unpower the sticky piston. The rail will be pulled down, the pumpkin/melon will be destroyed, and a duplicated rail item will be created.
