"Sorry, we could not complete your realm purchase, maybe check your internet connection?"

When I create a minecraft realm an any device, any account, and any wifi network it says "Sorry, we could not complete your realm purchase, maybe check your internet connection." Does not change if I switch wifi, same thing if I try on my pc with an ethernet cable. I've tried an my sister's account, same thing.
