Parity: Lush Caves missing Echo in the Wind music track

The sound event music.overworld.lush_caves is missing Echo in the Wind on Bedrock. This means the song will never play in a Lush Caves biome, although it is intended to.

To Reproduce

1. Open the sounds/sound_definitions.json file from the Bedrock Edition 1.21.0 resources.
2. Open the 1.21 sounds.json file from Java Edition 1.21 pre2.
3. Compare the music.overworld.lush_caves sound event from both files.

Expected Result

The list of songs for the sound event in both files is identical.

Observed Result

The list of songs is almost identical, except Bedrock Edition is missing Echo in the Wind.
