Minecraft in Switch dressing room all grey

Hello,

 

I have minecraft switch  (the version with super mario mash up) and the changing room is not functioning at all. Its all grey and I can not click on anything. So I can not customize my skin.. I have no idea why.

 

Please help quickly. This game is expensive, it shoud dnot be like this
