[ScriptAPI] "%" becomes transparent in some situations

When you send a message including "%" with the sendMessage() method, "%" is not displayed. Additionally, when you try to display "%" using the UI system in ScriptAPI, it is also not displayed.

Please try the following command applying my behavior pack:
1. /scriptevent ex:test1

2. /scriptevent ex:test2

• Expected: The "%" character contained in the message is displayed.
• Observed: The "%" character in the message appears as a space and is not displayed.

(1. and 2. give the same result.)
