My custom Minecraft skin doesn’t load, and I’m stuck as Steve/Alex.

For the past month I have been experiencing an issue where whenever I join a server, I appear as only Steve/Alex. I have tried to restart my device, redownload Minecraft and tried to see if there was an update. No matter what I try I’m still Steve/Alex. I have never experienced this issue before and I hoped it would fix itself. The pictures show my dressing room screen appearing like it’s constantly loading, and it never fully loads. I was in a server, and even if I changed my skin I would still be Alex even if I joined the game as my skin. I made sure I have the ‘Only allow trusted skins” on. Thank you for your time.
