Minecraft deleting itself

Minecraft on my PS4 deleted itself, resulting in me losing the ability to access the editions mode, as well as forcing me to re-purchase the game. However, all of my worlds and achievements were saved, along with my old worlds made on editions, just not the ability to access editions itself. No worlds were corrupted in the process
