Founder's cape disappeared 1.20.81

I would like to know how to resolve the founder cape bug that disappeared, I rescued it at the time of minecon 2019, but now in the latest version it has disappeared.  I've already researched everything but I can't solve it, I reset the minecraft I reinstalled it, I looked at my marktplace and nothing.  anyone who can help me?
