Clicking Item In Inventory Drops Item Stack On Ground

When clicking on an item in Inventory the stack of items drop.

Tested this on a Realm and Local World. I can confirm that this only happened on the realm.

Thought it may be an add-on that we have but another member didn't have the issue. Experimental Game Mechanics are active.
