Other players do not hear the sound of item drops

Summary:
Other players do not hear the sound of item drops. This is not compatible with any other sounds (eg collecting items, equipping armor).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Invite another player to your world.
2. Take a stack of some items.
3. Be near another player.
4. Drop items from the hotbar (so that there is a sound of items dropping).

Observed results:
You can hear the sound of items dropping, but you cannot hear it from the other player.

Expected results:
All players can hear the sound of items dropping (as well as the sounds when equipping armor and collecting items).

Notes:
The behavior of this sound cannot be compared with Java, since it does not exist, when a player drops items.
