End Rod bug when you go through using boat

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Place End Rod Horizontally in 2 Block Height
2. Place Boat under the End Rod and Get in the Boat
3. Move the Boat to the End Rod

Observed Result :

• Black Texture Appears with Full Sized Block and The Normal End Rod Inside it

Expected Result :

• The End Rod Should Appears Normally
