My Game Keeps Crashing.

So I've had this problem for a while now, but on both my brothers and mine individual playstation account we keep getting game crashes, at first I thought I was a playstation thing, but no other games have had a similar crash. Our screen freezes and then a weird "rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" sound plays, it's hard to describe. We cannot Turn Off the playstation, move, or do anything, we have to manually unplug the system.
