Minecraft does not work properly on iPhone 14 Pro

This problem has been present ever since the release of the iPhone 14, where whenever I launch Minecraft it just does not work properly, I only get like, a frame per few seconds or so. Sometimes the game freezes randomly on the loading screen as well. Of course, I have not been capable of launching a world due to the horrendous slowness of the game, and the fact that whenever I click 'Play' it just freezes on the game mode choice screen. This phone can run many other high end games pretty smoothly, so I do not think the problem is in the phone itself. I hope you get to solve this problem soon, thanks a lot!
