Dressing Room broken

Creating a custom character in Dressing Room, selecting "none" for eyes doesn't remove eyes and selecting any other eyes doesn't change appearance. Upon backing out a loading circle continues to appear where characters should be. Deleting game and reinstalling does nothing and I've left it to "load" for several minutes without anything happening. The circles still occupy where characters should be and I can't select any skin other than what I had before trying to make a new one.
