When holding right click to spawn Armor Stands in creative, the placing animation stops playing

When holding right click to spawn Armor Stands in creative, the placing animation plays one time then as the rest of the Armor Stand spawn the animation stops playing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a 3 block tall pillar
2. Hold down the place button while holding an armor stand and looking at the top block

Observed Results:
The placing animation plays once and then stops.

Expected Results:
The placing animation shouldn't stop.
