TikTok cape not appearing in game

I redeemed the TikTok cape some days ago and it is not still in my Bedrock version of the game. I'm sure that the account where I redeemed it is the same one that I play on Bedrock. I contacted Microsoft Support but they are doing nothing, they say that Mojang has to add the cape to my account.
