Minecraft Texture-entchant-bug

So i have this issue its like a texture bug for entchanted items like the Animation is just wrong and bugged i also cant see if players a holding a item that has been entchanted its kinda bugging me and is just overall anoying i have tried deleting the game using shaders/texture pack but it still didnt help but the bug is only on entchanted items
