Character creator outerwear removing features when a cape is equipped

Some of the outerwear in the character creator will remove details when a cape is equipped with it. For example: one of my favorite cosmetics (the goat cloak) will have the horns removed when applied with a cape (even though the horns do not obstruct the cape in any way)
