I am writing to you because I recently logged into my account from my computer and I did not find an item that I had equipped, the item in question is the founders cape or golden creeper cape given away at Minecon 2019 to those who downloaded the content on the Marketplace.

I downloaded the launcher and started Minecraft Bedrock but when I checked it didn't have the cape, then I checked the PlayStation account with which I downloaded it from there and the cape wasn't there either.

I would like to know how to recover it, my username is HnPapalma, but before I had an automatically generated name that was trickersmoth576 I think the numbers I don't remember, that was the name of the account before and I had the cape since then it was only recently that I realized what I didn't have the cape.

Please help me get it back.
