My skin doesn’t appear in game only offline and I can’t restart the app bc I’m on mobile

Hello I sent a ticket before but it was in Italian, I searched for something that happened to someone else but I m not able to restart the app because of the IOS system (I can only  remove the app).

 

So long story short my skin in game doesn’t appear, I tried to close and open the app, to turn off the iPad, also to change skin but nothing Happens. Also in wardrobe I can’t see others base skin other than my skin. They still loads infinitely, I hoped to be clear , I forgot to say that I tried to logout from my Xbox account and didn’t work either. Hope for a response, thank you!
