Dragon Attack Particle and Lingering Potion Lag.

When the ender dragon shoot it's dragon breath. It's effect remains forever and still gives a circle of purple particles on the ground causing massive lag

AMAN4700 Edit: This also has to do with the lingering potion effects, because they are very identical.
