Character creator doesn't work

So i've wanted to put a cape on my character but it doesn't work, it's stuck in an endless loading loop, same thing with trying to customize the character in any way. I don't know why it's happening and i've asked people around me if they had the same problem, none of them had that problem. My internet is fine, same with WiFi so i don't know why it doesn't load.
