Character dressing room issues

I don't know if it's a fairly old bug because it's been there since they changed the character costume design. But the game does not allow you to add or change a custom skin nor the skins that the game comes with since if I select one of the ones that it comes with when I leave and re-enter it changes and it doesn't allow me to change it so I am condemned to using a skin that I don't even like since I play without an internet connection. (Leave the possibility of being able to put on a personalized skin and change them without having to use an internet connection)
