a layer does not load

When I received the code for the cape I redeemed it but I forgot to put my account on minecraft.net and then when I realized I logged in but when I redeemed it I got the cape and I received the purchase email about 15 minutes after redeem cape (The same thing happens to me with the 15 year old cape)
