I can't claim the 15th anniversary cape

I can't claim the 15th annviersary cape (the green Creeper one), it shows me on the page "Cape could not be redeemed, please try again" I have only Minecraft Bedrock, I haven't bought Minecraft Java Edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Microsoft Account
2. Press "CLAIM THE CAPE" 
3. Under the button there is a message "Cape could not be redeemed, please try again"
