Witch redstone drops doesn't match Java 24w20a changes

The recent Java 24w20a changes on witch drops, made the redstone drop guarantee, from 0-2 to 4-8 (without looting enchantment). However, this change hasn't made to Bedrock, creating a parity issue.

Steps to Reproduce

• Method 1

1. Create a new world.
2. Spawn a witch.
3. Kill it.
4. Repeat from step 2.
5. Look at the chance and the amount of redstone it drops.

• Method 2

1. Use this command:
   /loot give @p loot "entities/witch"
2. Look at how many times redstone appears and how much it gives you.

Expected Result
The witch drops should match Java, between 4-8 redstone.

Observed Result
The witch drops between 0-2 redstone, the old drops before the recent changes.
