Issue with character creator after equipping Cave Game Hoodie and Twitch Cape For 15th birthday anniversary

Been having multiple bugs with character creator after equipping Cave Game Hoodie with the Twitch Cape For 15th birthday anniversary 

-such as button for equipping owned content not showing up

deleted 4 of my skins 

-unable to use 4 out of 5 of the character creator slots in the dressing room
