Able to download content I don't own

Have attached screen grabs from my Nintendo Switch, however this happens on my Windows version of bedrock too. So I think that it is account related.

I am able to download content that I don't own. If you look at the screen grab taken from the marketplace you can see that there are options to both purchase and download a world in this instance.

If I go to My Content in the Marketplace, I am seeing over 100 items that I have not purchased.

Please could someone investigate or DM me to look into.
