My Skins are no loading

Since I updated Minecraft on my laptop it wouldn't let me enter the servers with my skin being replaced by one of Steve or Alex, so to try to fix it I deleted most of them to try to solve it, but it's still the same.

I would like to report this bug and have a developer help me solve it.
