Bedrock Dressing Room not loading

Skin menu isn't loading. I can't make a new skin, I can't edit one, I can't insert a file for a skin. When I try to, it seems like it works, but when I go into a world, I'm either Steve or Alex and my chosen skin does not appear.
In the image below, it may look like I have a skin loaded, but it does not translate to any worlds.
