Desaparecen objetos

Objects are disappearing multiple times.
1.- Objects disappear from my personal space when I play, whether they are stacks of coal, iron, etc.
2.- Objects disappear from the place where you die, it has already happened to me 5 times. That when you die you immediately go to look for the objects and they disappear immediately. It happens in the world and when you go to the nether.
3.- When placing the bed in the nether it explodes immediately, 3 times.
