TNT minecarts can be ignited by flint and steel, fire charge, fire aspect enchantment like normal TNT, despite it was designed as can only be ignited by activator rail. This is not present in Java Edition.

Flame enchantment will destroy TNT minecarts but they still emit ignite sound.
