Switching "Shared packs" in the Edit World Screen Does Not Save Changes

Switching "Shared packs" in the edit world screen does not save changes compared to other options.

How to reproduce:

1. Edit any world
2. Modify the world with any settings other than shared packs
3. Observed the "Do you want to save your changes?" modal
4. Go back to the edit world screen
5. Toggle the shared packs option
6. Click play or go back from the edit world screen
7. Observe the "Do you want to save your changes?" modal not appearing

Observed results:

The game doesn't register the shared packs toggle when switched.

Expected results:

The game should register the shared packs toggle like other options and toggles within the screen.
