When Going to the Emotes or Capes Tabs from the Classic Skins Tab Changes to the Character Creator Skin

When going to the emotes or capes tabs from the classic skins tab changes to the Character Creator skin (in this case for me, its Alex).

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Classic Skins Tab
2. Observe your Classic Skin selected
3. Go to either the Emotes Tab or the Capes Tab
4. Observe the game switching back to the Character Creator Skin

Observed results:

The game forgets that you have a classic skin selected when switching.

Expected results:

The game should remember your classic skin when switching.
