Low frame rate

Holding down a key bind lowers the frame rate of the GUI.

It only occurs on low frame rate, it does occur on 40 FPS but its not noticeable compared to 30, not sure about 50, but 60 and above is fine!

 

To Reproduce:

1. Connect a peripheral to your Android device
2. Set your frame rate to 30 or below
3. Hold down a key bind
4. Hover your mouse on the item slots
