Villagers constantly lock on and off of beds and workstations

when you have many villagers and many beds and workstations they will start getting locked on and off all the time. this makes iron farm rates way worse

 

to reproduce try getting 30 beds and 30 fletchers and see how they constantly get angry particles then green particles all the time.
