Villagers not required to touch workstation/bed they want to lock onto

When a villager wants to lock onto a workstation or bed, they are not required to touch it. This can be especially annoying when trying to get a villager near you to lock onto something but then another one far away locks on immediately. This also makes it near impossible to make a trading hall.
