I can't install Minecraft Bedrock

It won't let me install minecraft bedrock, I already have it installed but I saw the version and saw that it was outdated so I decided to enter the minecraft launcher to update the version, when I entered I got a message that said install in the part where it should say play although It seemed strange to me because I already had it installed, after clicking install I got a message that says "We're sorry, there was a connection error with our servers. Please try again later, and if the error persists, you can report the error"I tried to restart the device but it continued to persist. After a while thinking how to fix it, I decided to uninstall Minecraft Bedrock from the applications but the error was still there.
