The feedback button doesn't appear in higher versions to 1.20.80

The feedback button doesn't appear in the start screen:

Expected results:

The feedback button appears with the achievement button and notification button.

Obtained results:

Only achievement button and notification button appear, the feedback button doesn't appear with the other buttons.
