Old-type world border wall location changes upon relog

Upon relogging into an old-type world at the border wall, the wall will move away from its original location.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Import the attached world
2. Fly to the border wall
3. Exit the world and re-enter it

Observed Results:
The border wall has moved away from its previous location

Expected Results:
You are still at the border wall
