"Tap sneak to dismount" message is delayed when mounting a horse.

When mounting a horse there's approximately a 3 second delay before the message appears. It also appears even if I already dismounted a horse, making it confusing and annoying.
I expected to see the message immediately when I get on a horse and not have it show when I already dismounted a horse.
