Sign text deleted in older worlds

I have been messing around on some older worlds from early 2016, and I discovered that all the text that was on signs has been erased.

I think this a critical issue to solve, as it damages existing worlds. If I had to guess, this issue likely showed up with the introduction of double-sided signs, as I don't remember seeing this issue appearing before that.
